This 1993 Sercial is the third of a series of bottling’s in tribute to Manuel Eugénio Fernandes, giving continuity to a collaboration project with several decades. Manuel Eugénio was a visionary and a pioneer, in a time when the north of the island was still a very isolated area, with difficult access, he managed to build various businesses and his own wine cellar, that became a place of culture, and the stage for numerous reunions between family and distinguished guests that visited Seixal.

Of a golden colour with greenish reflexes, this wine opens with seasoned notes, and a bouquet of quince, salted caramel, nuts and pine. A very elegant wine with a salty and fresh taste. Pronounced acidity, with a dry and persistent ending. In April of 2019, 640 units were bottled, all individually numbered.
