This 40-year-old Malvasia presents itself with a dark amber colour. Robust and full in the mouth, it opens intense and perfumed, with flavours of orange, plum in syrup, clove, nutmeg, sandalwood and a light VA . The harmony between sweetness and acidity is well balanced in this wine, giving it great complexity, freshness and elegance. With a persistent and irresistible aftertaste, slightly caramelised and spicy.

From a conversation came the idea of making a wine together. We didn't think twice and got to work straight away. Each of us brought our own wine samples and blended them together in the test tubes. Because we share the same ideas about Madeira Wine and have a similar intuition, it was so easy to make this wine. With this small production of 70 bottles, we intend to pay tribute to all the sommeliers in Portugal.
